Fine Lines are formed in 2003 by Kazuya Hirabayashi (guitar&vocal, from the band Husking Bee) and George Kurosawa (guitar, Short Circuit), and later a bassist Tekkin (Husking Bee) and a drummer Yutaka Katayama (from Slime Ball) joined.
After Husking Bee disbanded in March 2005, Kazuya's unforgettable vocal and his musicianship have been long-awaited.
After some works on compilation albums from indie, in October 2005 they released the first singe "Small Red Light" from an indie label 3P3B. At the same time collaborate single "Small Happiness" was released from ini records, another indie label, by the name of CORNER/FINE LINES. In February 2006 they released the second single gWrite To Meh from ini.
Their first album gsubstratosphereh is expected in March 2007 from Toyfs Factory, which will include collective gems of their craftsmanship. Kazuyafs carrying voice among earthy band sounds and grabbing melodies will definitely touch you.
